Given the radius of a wheel, r = 0.3 m, and the angular velocity of a wheel,

\begin{gathered} \omega=800\text{ rpm} \\ =\frac{800\text{rpm}*2\pi\text{ rad/rev}}{60\text{ second/minute}} \\ =83.73\text{ rad/s} \end{gathered}

The linear speed,

v=\omega r

Substituting the values, we get

\begin{gathered} v=83.73*0.3 \\ =25.12\text{ m/s} \end{gathered}

Thus, the speed is 25.12 m/s
