\begin{gathered} (AB)/(BC)\text{ = }(PQ)/(RQ) \\ (AB)/(6)=\text{ }(9)/(11) \\ 11AB\text{ = 9}*6 \\ AB\text{ = }(54)/(11)\text{ = 4.9} \\ \\ \text{lets find, AC} \\ (AC)/(CB)\text{ = }(PR)/(RQ) \\ (AC)/(6)\text{ =}(13)/(11) \\ 11AC\text{ = 13 }*6 \\ AC\text{ = }(78)/(11)\text{ = 7} \\ \end{gathered}

To now find the perimeter of ABC

AB + BC + AC

4.9 +6 +7 = 17.9 approximately 18
