To write a polynomia in standard form, write the expressions starting with the one with the highest index power down to the one with the least.

\begin{gathered} g(x)=6x+8x^4-3 \\ In\text{ standard form is;} \\ g(x)=8x^4+6x-3 \end{gathered}
