x =(-78+√6144)/2=-39+16√ 6 = 0.192
Rearrange the equation by subtracting what is to the right of the equal sign from both sides of the equation :

(x^2+78*x)^1/5-(3)=0
x2 + 78x Simplify ———————— 5 Pull out like factors :

x2 + 78x = x • (x + 78)
x • (x + 78) ———————————— - 3 = 0 5
