We have the following equation given:

7m+11\text{ = }-4(2m+3)

We can distribute the terms in the right part of the equation and we got

7m+11=-8m-12\text{ }

Now we can add 8m in both sides of the equation and we got:

7m+8m+11=\text{ }-8m+8m\text{ }-12
15m\text{ +11 = }-12

And now we can add 12 in both sides of the equation and we got:

15m+11+12=-12+12=0\text{ }
15m\text{ +23 =0}

And finally we can subtract 23 from both sides of the equation and we got:

15\text{ m = }-23

And the best option would be C
