a) The predicted scored is evualte x=10 in the linnear regression


\begin{gathered} Y=0.082(10)+10.952 \\ Y=11.772 \end{gathered}

Then, the predicted score is 11.772

b) The residual value is the difference between the observed value and the predicted value


10-11.772=-1.772

The residual value is -1.772. This value represents how much we missed the observed data with our prediction.
