The first one, or A. You can tell because a dominant allele is capital, and a mixed allele (can't remember the technical term). or Aa, still would show dominant traits. So if short hair is dominant, due to long hair being recessive, a punnet square showing GG, Gg, Gg, and g, has 3 out of 4 showing dominant traits.
