Answer:

The answer is B ( 0.10d + 0.01p )

Explanation:

It can't be A, C, or D because there can't be 0.01 dimes, dimes is 10 cents like 0 dollars and 10 cents ( 0.10 ) pennies can be any number but the real price as a pennie is 0.01 (1 cent)
