Now, we know the relation


sin(90-\theta)=\cos\theta

So, if

sin(90-45)^(\circ)=\cos45^(\circ)\\\\sin45^(\circ)=\cos45^(\circ)

Therefore, for 45º the sine and cosine values are equal.


\sin45^(\circ)=(1)/(\sqrt2)\\\\\cos45^(\circ)=(1)/(\sqrt2)
