After highlighting the data that you would like to transform into table form, you need to access the Insert Table option. This option can be found in the (A) Insert tab.
The Insert tab is located in the toolbar pinned on top of the page in Microsoft Word. It also contains other objects that you can insert your document such as shapes, chart, header, and page number.
