1.To find the unit price you divide the total money of each package into the number of balls:

3 tennis balls for $4.95

(4.95)/(3)=1.65

4 tennis balls for $6.00

(6.00)/(4)=1.5

3 tennis ball package = $1.65 per ball

4 tennis ball package = $1.50 per ball

-------------------------------------

2.

\begin{gathered} 1.65\cdot24=39.60 \\ \\ 1.50\cdot24=36.00 \end{gathered}

3 tennis ball package = $39.60 for 24 balls

4 tennis ball package = $36.00 for 24 balls

----------------------------------------

3.

39.60-36.00=3.60

The 4 tennis ball package is cheaper by $3.60
