x^(2) + 10x + 25 can be rewritten as
(x + 5)^(2).

Thus, we get:

(x + 5)/((x + 5)^(2)) \cdot (2(x + 5))/(3(x + 5))

=(1)/(x + 5) \cdot (2)/(3)

=(2)/(3(x + 5))
