The disorder is likely to be Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It is a mental condition diagnosed when patients have a deep need to be admired and praised. They do not care for the feelings of others. They appear arrogant to others and are sometimes jealous of others accomplishments. Their general behavior is thought to hide and poor self esteem and lack of confidence in themselves.
