I think if you use an offline source, then you spend less time on the internet, and you engage more. versus if you are online there are so many distractions. for example what if your favorite you...tube...er.. posts a to die for video, but you are studying online, that would be a major distraction and quite honestly a chance to procrastinate. hope this helped.
