Given:

Salesman A earn = 65 per sale.

Salesman B earn = 40 per sales and 300weekly salary.

Salesman C earn = 900 weekly salary

Let "x" represent the number of sales each man

Salesman A earn is:


y=65x

Salesman B earn is:


y=40x+300
\begin{gathered} 65x=40x+300 \\ 65x-40x=300 \\ 25x=300 \\ x=(300)/(25) \\ x=12 \end{gathered}

So total sales is 12 then.
