Factorization: (x + 4)∧2=0
Solutions based on Factorization: x + 4 = 0 ⇒ X∨1 = X∨2 = -4

The last number factors are 1*16, 2*8, 4*4
Of these factor pairs, which ones add to the center terms (8)?
4*4 = 16 and 4+4= 8
The factors are (x + 4) (x + 4)
