After jumping on the trampoline for 2.5 hours, I have to go to Swim Team Class for intensive swimming training for 1.5 hours. My legs are very sore but I still have to swim. I cannot cancel my swimming class. Any ideas how to soften my legs?

Soak in a hot bath filled with epsom salt. Epsom salt relaxes and helps losses over worked or sore muscles. Worked for me every time.

Answer:

First of all, don't jump on the trampoline for 2 and a half hours before swim class. Second of all: I would massage ur legs with a lil bit of lotion, and put a hot washcloth on ur legs, and walk around lightly to losen up ur muscles. Hope you don't hurt ur legs any further in swim class!!!
