What does third person objective limited and omniscient mean?

I don't know what third person objective limited means,
but I do know that Omniscient means "All-Knowing."
So if you know a lot about a book, or a video game, you can say you're knowledge about that book or video game is omniscient.

What does third person objective limited and omniscient mean?
