Angelo's conjecture is not true because if both of the factors is a decimal or fraction, the product would be less than both factors. One example is 0.5 times 0.5. The answer to that is 0.25, which is less than 0.5.

When multipling the integers with the same sign, you will always end up with a positive integer as the product. An example is -3 times -6, which is 18. Another example is 4 times 5, which is 20.

Hope this helps!
