1450(1.05) = 1522.50...this is total with VAT included
1522.50 / 12 = 126.875...rounds to 127 per month
so,yes....130 per month is enough

You need to take the estimate and add the VAT. Then take this total cost and divide it by 12 to solve for the monthly payment needed...
(1450)(105/100)/12=126.875
Clearly, a monthly payment of 130 is enough to cover the yearly cost.
