Are the following vectors of u = <6,-4> and v = <2, -3> orthogonal? Could you please, briefly emphasis on why or why not? Thank you.

Orthogonal vectors have a zero dot product.

\langle6,-4\rangle\cdot\langle2,-3\rangle=(6)(2)+(-4)(-3)=12+12=24\\eq0

These vectors are *not* orthogonal.
