Less generous, means that the value is less than 9:1 or 9/1

9\colon1\Rightarrow(9)/(1)=9

for the other values we have

\begin{gathered} 4\colon1\Rightarrow(4)/(1)=4 \\ 18\colon1\Rightarrow(18)/(1)=18 \\ 15\colon1\Rightarrow(15)/(1)=15 \\ 2\colon1\Rightarrow(2)/(1)=2 \end{gathered}

now, let's find the values that are less than 9

4 < 9

2 < 9

then, the odds that are less generous are

\begin{gathered} 4\colon1 \\ 2\colon1 \end{gathered}
