hello :

3x – y = 4....(1)
2x + y = 6.....(2)
by (1) : y=3x-4
by(2) : y = -2x+6
3x-4 = -2x+6
5x =10 ..... x =2
y = 3(2)-4 =2

(2, 2) has solution of system

The answer is 2,2
