Initial temperature, the time is 0


\begin{gathered} C(0)=25\cdot(0.97)^0 \\ C(0)=25\cdot1 \\ C(0)=25 \end{gathered}

Initial temperature is 25°C

Decay

Because it is multiplied by a number less than 1, the value will always be less than the original, therefore it is a decreasing function

Since multiplied by 0.97, this represents 97%
