According to Newton's second law,

The force acting on the object is equal to the product of mass and acceleration of the object.

F=ma

The acceleration in terms of the mass and force is,

a=(F)/(m)

The mass in terms of force and acceleration is,

m=(F)/(a)

As the acceleration of the body is inversely proportional to the mass of the body.

Thus, option a does not represent Newton's second law.

Hence, option a is the correct answer.
