We know, Circumference = pi * Diameter
Substitute the known values,
60 = 3.14 * d
d = 60/3.14
d = 19.11 in
In short, Your Answer would be: 19.11 in

C=pd (pi times the diameter)
d=C/p
d=60/p
d≈19.1 in (to nearest tenth)
