Abigail's grandmother is getting very forgetful, and her family is worried that she isn't telling the doctor all of her symptoms and discomforts when she goes to an appointment. How can Abigail and her family best advocate for her grandmother so she maintains her health?

A. Call the doctor’s office before the appointment and speak with a nurse who can write down the symptoms and help share them with the doctor during the appointment.
B. Call the doctor’s office after the appointment and speak with a nurse who can help summarize what the doctor said to the grandmother during the appointment.
C. Have a family member attend every appointment with her because they need to tell the doctor about any issues and remember what the doctor says.
D. Have a family member attend every appointment with her because she needs someone to drive her so she doesn’t forget about the appointment or get lost traveling to the office.

C - have a family member attend every appointment with her because they need to tell the doctor about any issues and remember what the doctor says, basically so she has someone with her to help her go through it and help her take medications if needed
