(7+1)/(5+4)
8/9

Then, plug in a point and the slope.
y-y1=m(x-x1)
Because all of the choices use (-4,-1), we will do the same.
y-(-1)=(8/9)[x-(-4)]
y+1=(8/9)(x+4)
