Given the points :

H: (-3, 2), I: (-3, 3), J: (2, 4), K: (2, 3)

We need to reflect the points across the x-axis

The rule of reflection will be :

(x,y)\rightarrow(x,-y)

So, the image of the points will be as following :

\begin{gathered} H\colon(-3,2)\rightarrow H^(\prime)\colon(-3,-2) \\ \\ I\colon(-3,3)\rightarrow I^(\prime)\colon(-3,-3) \\ \\ J\colon(2,4)\rightarrow J^(\prime)\colon(2,-4) \\ \\ K\colon(2,3)\rightarrow K^(\prime)\colon(2,-3) \end{gathered}
