If soap and clean water are not available, use a alcohol based hand-sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean your hands.

Hope this helps:)

The right option is; d. hand sanitizer

Hand sanitizer is a liquid that is usually applied on hands to reduce infectious agents that can cause diseases. Hand sanitizer works as an antiseptic and is very effective at destroying micro organisms. The alcohol based hand sanitizer has a form of alcohol (such as ethyl alcohol) as its active ingredient, while the non-alcohol based hand sanitizers has antibiotic compound (known as triclosan). If one does not have access to soap and water, hand sanitizer can be used to prevent illnesses.
