In the human body, which cells are constantly dividing? Why is this important? How can this be potentially harmful?

If someone gets cancer, then cancerous cells divide a more rapidly rate than any other cells. This is bad because then it'll be harder to get rid of the cancer cells.

skin cells, cells in the throat and stomach... also, blood cells are made frequently. oh, and this is harmful because more mutations are possible - this can lead to malignant tumors.
