Dylan's water bottle has a greater capacity. There are 1,000 Milliliters in a Liter. So Dylan's water bottle holds 400ml more.

Dylan's water holds more
because 1 liter converted to milliliter would be 1000 mL. In that case, 1000 is greater than 600mL.
IT IS GREATER BY 400 mL
