So this is quadrilateral.

There is are two pairs of parallel lines, so this is a parallelogram.

There are four right angles, but not sure about the measure of sides so this is a not rectangle.

The sides are not equal so this is not square and also not a rhombus.

Hence the given diagram is a parallelogram.
