Please answer these questions about the Judicial Branch:

1. Who is in that branch? (What are the positions?)

2. How are they elected?

3. What is their responsibility? (What does their branch do?)

There are judges, but they are called Justices. They get nominated by the president, but the get elected by the Senate. They interpret they laws and make sure they are constitutional.

2. They get appointed by the president.
3. They help make laws and decide whether you are guilty or not.
