Given data:

The total numbers of balloons are n=60.

The numbers of red balloons are r=25.

The numbers of blue balloons are b=15.

The numbers of yellow balloons are y=20.

The expression for the probability that a randomly selected balloon will be red.

\begin{gathered} P(r)=(r)/(n) \\ =(25)/(60) \\ =(5)/(12) \end{gathered}

Thus, there is 5/12 probability that a randomly selected balloon will be red.
