A eukaryotic cell has a nucleus along with a various organelles such as the Golgi body and the endoplasmic reticulum. A prokaryote had a place for genetic information and also ribosomes for amino acids but it does not have signature organelles like a eukaryote.

The answer is the nucleus, a eukaryotic cell has one, but a
prokaryotic cell lacks it.
