What kind of exercise do you need to do every week?

the types of exercise you should do is cardio, flexibility, and strength. Any exercise that fits in any of those categories should be great weekly.

Hello,

There are many kinds of exercises you can do every week. You don't have to but you could for good exercise. Here is some that I will list for you:

Sports such as(Golf, BasketBall, Soccer, Tennis, Baseball, Football, etc)

Running, Jogging, and Walking.

Jumping, Flipping, Lifting.

Everything is exercise as long as you MOVE.
