c=2pir
a=pir²

c=44=2pir
44=2pir
divide boh sides by 2
22=pir
divide both sides by pi
22/pi=r

sub into other eqution

a=pir²
a=pi(22/pi)²
a=(pi)(484/(pi²))
a=484/pi
using pi=3.141592
a=154.06201696464722344594715036198
aprox 154 ft²

Hi The Answer to this would be approxiametly 154 and that's rounding up. I'm going to explain how I got it. First off we have to find the radius before we can get the area and to do this we use the formula
C=2 \pi (r) where r equals the radius of the circle. Now we can plug in our values C Would be replaced with 44 and then the formula would like
44=2 \pi (r). Then we divide both sides of the equation by 2 so it would look like 44/2 = 22 you dont need to bring the 2 down from the other side. Now its
22= \pi (r). Now we divide both sides of the equation by Pi which equals to 3.14. So 22 divided by 3.14 equals 7. Now we have found the radius so R=7. Now we calculate the area. The formula for area is
A= \pi (r^2) which means area equals pi times radius squared. 7 squared would be 49. Which the formula would like
area= \pi (r^2) area= \pi (7^2) area= \pi (49) area=(153.86) You can round 153.86 to 154.06. We got that from squaring 7 which is 49 and 49 multipled by 3.14 (PI) equals 153.86. Comment if you need me to explain more. Hope this helped :)
