When you have an exponent and fraction, you take it to both the top and the bottom. So...

3^3= 27
4^3=64

So the fraction is 27/64.

Now reduce... Which I don't think this one can because the top is odd and the bottom is even.

Plus the muplitple of 27 are 1, 27, 3 and 9. None of which go into 64. So 27/64 should be the answer is simplest form.
