We have the following:

old salary: $88441

new salary: $96402

The year is approximately 52 weeks, therefore:

a. old salary for week:

\begin{gathered} (88441)/(52)=1700.8 \\ \end{gathered}

b. new salary for week:

(96402)/(52)=1853.9

c. weekly raise

1853.9-1700.8=153.1
