When a cell has more solute concentration inside it than in its surrounding media, it's in a hypotonic solution, and it will have less amount of water, so there will be a movement of this molecule to its inside from its outside, and in consequence, it will swell up and possibly burst, as stated in the first answer option, as we can see in the following picture:
