Ergonomic is a science that deals with designing things to make it easier and comfortable to use. The correct design is essential to prevent repetitive strain injuries and musculoskeletal disorders over time. In addition, the task, information, environment and functions must fit with the user. Therefore, a poor ergonomic choice is to use manual lifting techniques for it does not make the user comfortable.
