Solution

For the first case we can find the slope like this:

\text{slope}=(0-4)/(1-0)=-4,y-\text{int}=4

Equation: y= -4x +4

For the second case we can find the slope on this way:

\text{slope}=(-3-0)/(0+1)=-3,y-\text{int}=-3

Equation: y= -3x-3

\text{slope}=(-2+1)/(0-5)=(1)/(5),y-int=-2

Equation: y= 1/5 x -2

\text{slope}=(0-3)/(2-0)=-(3)/(2),y-\text{int}=3

Equation: y= -3/2 x +3

\text{slope}=(-3-4)/(0-4)=(7)/(4),y-int=-3

Equation : y= 7/4 x -3

\text{slope}=(-3-1)/(0-1)=4,y-\text{int}=-3

Equation: y= 4x-3
