Visitamos a los abuelos
. - We visit the grandparents.
Why?
Visitamos los abuelos is an incomplete sentence in Spanish.
A los abuelos visitamos is not proper Spanish at all.
This is the reason
Visitamos a los abuelos
is correct.
Hope this helps!~

The option A.)"Vistamos a los abuelos" is correct. "Vistamos" is signifying the action and "a los abuelos" is just a more proper way to show who the action is being done towards.
