Three states of matter is solid- when all of the molecules are packed together very tight, liquid- when there is space between the molecules and gas- when the molecules are free to move.

The three states of matter are:
Solid- The atoms are packed tightly.
Liquid-Liquids have a Definite volume but not a definite shape.
Gas-No definite volume and no definite shape;
