if xy=0, assume that x and/or y=0

so we already gots factored
therfor
assume
3n-2=0 and 4n+1=0
solve

3n-2=0
3n=2
n=2/3

4n+1=0
4n=-1
n=-1/4


n=2/3 and/or -1/4
