The given function is,


\begin{gathered} \text{parent function: f(x)=x}^2 \\ g(x)=x^2+3 \end{gathered}

The graph of the g(x) will be shifted 3 units upward with respect to the parent function f(x),

Thus, the above figure is the graph of g(x).
