Name and describe 3 ways to improve morale in the office through communication?

1. Communicate Often- Try communicating with team member more often, try and understand if they are fine and what challenges they are experiencing in the work and try to solve them.
2. Be a good Listener- let your team member pitch for ideas and listen to them and give your feedback. giving them a chance to air their views makes them feel appreciated.
3. Create an incentive program- try and motivate them to do better and when they do something great buy them nice books or pay for them a training that will be beneficial in their careers.
