In order to calculate the required probability, consider that the total number of people in the sample is 100.

Then, for the probability of a person has a high school diploma and make $30,000, calculate the quotient in between 68 (number that includes people with diploma and makes more than $30,000) over 100:

68/100 = 0.68

Hence, the probability is 0.68
