this could happen beacuse the child may inherit there mums dad's uncles blue eyes or if the the whole ancestory never had blue eyes , then it is not possible otherwise it can be possible , for example : the parents have been black eyes, and the child has blue eyes. This would be beacuse the child inherited someone in the family trees blue eye colour, so it could be possible but Is quite unlikely.

This is false. Two brown-eyed parents can have a blue-eyed child if they're both heterozygous dominant for brown eyes. Since brown is dominant and blue is recessive, let's call the one B and the other b. If both parents are Bb, then they can conceivably both pass on their b and give the child bb. If one or both parents give B, the child will have brown eyes.
